On Wednesday noon Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Keshab Roy Chowdhury ordered this order. The investigation officer of the case, CID sub-inspector Pralloy Roy, filed before Asif Akbar before the court for five-day remand. But the court rejected the petition. At the time of the bail application, the court rejected the order and sent Asif Akbar to jail.
