How to create strong password .

Hello every one.
I talking about password:-when you are create any account on the any website page, like Facebook.Gmail ,Yahoo,Orcut,and other type of page,then you choose simple password, like:- your name is rohit then you choose, rohitkumar,,rohit123,rohit@123 and these type of password but it is not fully secure.
